Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Healthcare IT business development leader with a passion for helping businesses who can generate leads, follow-up calls, research and quote solutions, and meet with end-user prospects -- everything necessary to generate and pass leads to channel reseller partners.

You will be responsible for Healthcare sales activities and results assigned within the US geographic region. The position responsibilities include business development, growth and maintenance of end/user customers and channel partners operating within the assigned territory.  May require travel of more then 50%.  

The ideal candidate will be self-directed, highly motivated, and able to jump right in. Previous experience networking, business development and cold calling are required.

You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 5 or more years sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals

  • Inside and/or outside prospecting skills, including cold calling and networking experience

  • Superior PC skills utilizing SalesForce.com, Microsoft office applications, quoting software, email, and LinkedIn.

  • High-energy level, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and listening skills

  • Willingness to learn and excel in a competitive environment

  • One of the following vertical experience.  Health care, warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or retail industries

  • Previous geographical territory experience.

  • Experience establishing and building influential channel partner relationships within the previous mentioned verticals.

  • Proven track record working collaboratively with other team members on national and enterprise accounts, as well as strategic initiatives with national healthcare systems and the Veterans Administration/other government organizations.

  • Participate in and present at tradeshows and events to build brand recognition and thought leadership.

  • Support product demonstrations, installations, end user and Healthcare associations events, and provide follow up on Demo unit placements.

  • Demonstrable experience obtaining a quota of $2M+.
